Shipping Info/ Order Confirmation

Fulfillment time is usually 1-2 days, however latest can take up to 3 days before your order is sent. You will receive a notification once the order has been shipped.

Domestic (US Only): 

We offer tracked and untracked shipping options. The default shipping method is via USPS as it is the cheapest option but it is untracked. You can upgrade to a preferred shipping method at check out. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

For tracked order: You will receive an additional email with your tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be active.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or shipping notification, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

International:

Untracked: Estimated timeframe for shipping is 3-6 weeks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost orders placed without tracking. If this is a concern, we recommend the option with tracking.

Tracked: You will receive an additional email with your tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to be active.

Customs & Duties:

By default, international orders will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means your country’s customs office may charge taxes, VAT, GST, or handling/ duty fees when your package arrives. The buyer is responsible to pay these charges.

Please note that during sales/ holiday seasons, fulfilment and shipping time could vary and the delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Lost And Return/ Exchanges Policy

As a small business owner that makes the products to order, we do not accept refunds as all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your purchase please do no hesitate to contact us within 21 days at hello@swayingmoyashi.store with the subject line “Order Issue” and also include the order# as well.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost orders placed without tracking. If this is a concern, we recommend the option with tracking.

If the tracked order is lost or arrives damaged/ defective, please contact us and we will do our best to reach a resolution with you.

If the tracker order does not arrive within the estimated time, please follow up with your local post office before reaching out to us. For emailing, please use the subject line “Lost Order” and include the order# to hello@swayingmoyashi.store.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible as once the order is sent out, we cannot make any changes.

Shipping Address Errors

Please make sure your shipping is correct at checkout. You will be responsible for additional fees if the package was returned to us due to incorrect information. If there is any missing information such as an apartment number, please reach out to us as soon as possible as once the order is sent out, we cannot make any changes.
